I am beyond grateful for this place. I have been in a lot of pain due to fracturing my foot 3 days ago. I haven't been able to get to a Dr because I work during the day. I was TURNED AWAY by 2 other urgent cares before I broke down in tears and found this one. They were closing in 10 minutes and told me to come in. The Dr, Nicole, and the woman helping her tonight (I wish so bad I could remember her name, I'm horrible with names. I only remember Nicole because its on my paper work but whoever reads this at the Urgent Care, please ask Nicole who was with her tonight) They were both absolutely amazing. Not only did they see me, and not get frustrated me that I was coming so late, but they actually said they were glad I came!! They were so nice and so helpful. If there are any types of awards, bonuses, or anything that they get for being awesome, please award them. They deserve it. I would have been real bad off if they didn't help me tonight. Thank you both so much and thank you Pro Health Urgent Care for having the best staff and Dr. Anyone who left a bad review must have gone to the Urgent care up the street and they are mistaken.

A great place to quickly get a covid test done. I have gotten multiple tests done here and I’ve been able to get them same day and usually within and hour of scheduling an appointment. Staff is very friendly and professional.

I have been to both ProHealth locations (Rochester and Lake Orion). The staff is so sweet and friendly, which is a refreshing experience. I also noticed how clean the offices are. You tend to notice things while waiting your turn. I highly recommend both locations.

Best experience at an Urgent Care I've ever had. Everyone was very nice and courteous. They required a Covid test to see me, which was the longest wait, but after that the NP was in quickly, then the doctor came in shortly after. They were very thorough, talked through my treatment options until we had an agreement and provided longer term options to help me in the future.

I am a healthcare worker and was on call on Christmas Eve when I began to feel sick. I went to this clinic close to closing. They weren’t testing anyone for covid as they had maxed out for the day. However after explaining my situation to the kind lady at the front desk she talked to Nicole the PA. They made an exception and Nicole swabbed me for the flu and covid. I came back positive for covid. I really appreciate that they listened and made an exception so that I didn’t expose any patients and other health care workers to covid. Thank you for not only thinking of me but the public.
